If you’ve been referred to us from your Insurance Provider, then you can be assured that you’re in good hands and we’ll do everything we can to get your vehicle repaired and back on the road as soon as possible.
If your Insurance Provider has not referred you to but you’d like us to carry out your repairs this a problem as we’re approved by many of the major insurance providers in the UK, you’ll just need to inform your insurer that you’d like your repairs to be done by Turners.
If you’ve already reported your accident to your insurer, they will provide us with all of the required authorities to commence with the repairs on your vehicle, or if you’d like, we can help you to register your claim on your behalf.
Your insurance policy will determine the level of cover you have on your policy and also detail how you should go about making a claim and any excesses you have on your policy. It will also detail if you have opted to have a courtesy car for the duration of your repairs, but if you don’t have this on your policy we can arrange for you to have a courtesy car, subject to availability, should you require one.
Your insurance excess will need to be paid to us on completion of repairs, please refer to your policy documents for full details.
